FEUSTM is an elite designation for senior professionals with at least 5 years' experience and a proven track record of leadership in research, clinical application, education, or innovation within translational medicine. It is intended for accomplished figures such as:

Fellowship Categories

Two routes to Fellowship

After you submit your application and CV, the EUSTM Academy Educational Board evaluates your record and assigns you to one of two categories based on your professional background and experience.

Category One

Distinguished Record Pathway

Fellowship awarded on evaluation of your track record and experience — no qualifying examination required.

Assessment of your career track record and senior experience in the field.
Demonstrable contribution and leadership in translational medicine.

Category Two

Examination Pathway

Fellowship granted upon successfully completing the qualifying examination.

Qualifying examination proctored online and available year-round.
A pass is required to become eligible for Fellowship.

Application Process

Submit Application

Complete the secure online application form and upload your CV. A €20 application evaluation fee applies — credited toward your fellowship fee on approval.

Board Review

The EUSTM Academy Educational Board reviews your record and assigns your assessment pathway.

Assessment

Category 1: portfolio evaluation. Category 2: portfolio review plus qualifying assessment.

Conditions & Fee

Sign the Fellowship Conditions Form and pay the applicable fee.

Fellowship Conferred

Receive your Fellowship and the right to use the FEUSTM postnominal.

Country tiers follow the World Bank income classification. Successful applicants submit the signed Fellowship Condition Form and pay the annual fellowship fee before receiving the certificate.
