A professional credential offered by the Academy of Translational Medicine Professionals (ATMP Academy) and accredited by the European Society for Translational Medicine (EUSTM) — recognising senior professionals and executives who lead the operations, departments, and resources of a modern hospital.
The PCHospM title is a clear, verifiable signal of your capability to lead the operations, services, and resources of a modern hospital.
PCHospM is designed for professionals who lead the operations, departments, and resources of a hospital or health system. If one of these describes you, you are eligible to apply:
After you submit the PCHospM Application Form, the ATMP Educational Board reviews your record and assigns the appropriate category based on seniority, background, and scope of leadership.
For established hospital leaders — executives, directors, and senior managers with 8 or more years of experience, including significant leadership tenure. Assessed by portfolio; no examination required.
For hospital managers meeting the 5-year minimum who are building toward executive roles. Combines portfolio review with a qualifying online examination.
Complete the secure online application form and upload your CV. A €20 application evaluation fee applies — credited toward your certification fee on approval.
The ATMP Educational Board reviews your record and assigns Category 1 or 2.
Category 1: portfolio evaluation. Category 2: portfolio review plus qualifying examination.
Sign the Certification Conditions Form and pay the applicable fee.
Receive your PCHospM certificate and the right to use the postnominal title.
