A professional credential offered by the Academy of Translational Medicine Professionals (ATMP Academy) and accredited by the European Society for Translational Medicine (EUSTM) — recognising professionals with the skills, experience, and leadership to deliver complex clinical research projects across regulated environments.
The PCCPM title is a clear, verifiable signal that you can lead complex clinical research projects to time, budget, and quality across regulated environments — recognised by sponsors, CROs, and employers worldwide.
PCCPM is designed for professionals who plan, coordinate, and lead clinical research projects across industry, academia, and clinical sites. If one of these describes you, you are eligible to apply:
After you submit the PCCPM Application Form, the ATMP Educational Board reviews each application and assigns one of two categories based on your background and experience.
For professionals with 3 or more years of clinical project-management experience — CV-based evaluation, no examination required.
For early-career professionals or those moving into clinical project management — certification granted upon passing a qualifying online examination.
Complete the secure online application form and upload your CV. A €20 application evaluation fee applies — credited toward your certification fee on approval.
The ATMP Educational Board reviews your application and assigns Category 1 or 2.
Category 1: portfolio evaluation. Category 2: qualifying online examination.
Sign the Certification Conditions Form and pay the applicable fee.
Receive your PCCPM certificate and the right to use the postnominal title.
