We agree clear deliverables and support implementation. Results depend on your institution's decisions, resources and sustained follow-through. Our work does not constitute accreditation or regulatory approval.
Who approves and implements the recommendations?
Your authorised leadership and clinical teams review and approve recommendations, policies and procedures. EUSTM supports the agreed work while responsibility for institutional decisions remains with your organisation.
Who owns the frameworks and documents?
Ownership and permitted use are set out in the engagement agreement. Bespoke documents are prepared for your institution; any EUSTM background materials or third-party content are identified with the applicable rights and licence terms.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Most engagements blend on-site workshops and assessments with remote advisory support and coaching, scheduled around your teams and operations.
Can you support our board and existing committees?
Yes. We provide board governance literacy, committee and reporting design, and leadership coaching — working alongside your existing leadership rather than replacing it.
