International Accreditation Preparation
Genuine readiness. Confident surveys. Lasting compliance.
Comprehensive accreditation preparation for hospitals and healthcare organisations — helping institutions build genuine readiness for independent assessment, not merely rehearse for the survey.
Independent. Experienced. International.
An independent international professional society with national chapters in Austria and Canada, a global expert network, and a thirteen-year track record.
The Problem We Solve — For Every Kind of Hospital
Readiness is more than documentation
Most first-time hospitals underestimate the preparation required. A gap analysis reveals not just missing policies but missing systems, cultures, and leadership behaviours. Documentation alone is insufficient — surveyors trace how systems actually function, interview frontline staff, observe clinical practice, and judge whether governance is real or decorative.

Accreditation Standards We Prepare You For
We focus on the accreditations international hospitals actually pursue — the world’s most recognised and in-demand programmes.
Each engagement is mapped to the specific standard and edition you are pursuing. These independent third-party schemes are listed for identification only — EUSTM prepares your organisation for readiness, but the accreditation itself is awarded solely by the relevant body through its own process. EUSTM is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any accreditation authority; all marks belong to their respective owners.

Durations are indicative engagement lengths, not the time to achieve accreditation. Actual timelines vary by standard, scope, and your hospital's starting readiness, and are confirmed after an initial assessment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which accreditations do you prepare hospitals for?
We prepare hospitals for readiness against leading international and national standards — including JCI, CBAHI, NABH, and others — and tailor each engagement to the specific standard and current edition your organisation is pursuing.
How long does accreditation preparation take?
It depends on your starting readiness — from a two-week readiness assessment to a full twelve-month programme. We scope timelines after an initial gap analysis.
Do you guarantee we will pass the survey or achieve accreditation?
No. Accreditation is awarded solely by the relevant independent body following its own survey. We strengthen your readiness — we cannot and do not influence accreditation decisions, and we do not award accreditation ourselves.
Are you affiliated with or endorsed by JCI or any accreditation body?
No. EUSTM is an independent professional society and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any accreditation authority. Accreditation body names are referenced for identification only.
What happens in a mock survey?
It is a full simulation of the real survey — document review, staff interviews, and clinical walkthroughs — followed by a written report and leadership debrief, so you know exactly where you stand before the official survey.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Most programmes blend on-site assessments and workshops with remote support and coaching, scheduled around your teams and timeline.
