Scam

It came to our attention that company named “Exhibition Housing Services” and ”Exhibitors Housing Management” (EHM) are claiming to have an official relationship with the EUSTM & its Congress, and are offering unauthorized hotel booking services for the congress through emails and unsolicited phone calls. EUSTM & EUSTM Congress Secretariat declare that these companies (or any others like them) are NOT in any way affiliated with the EUSTM & its conferences and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. Those delegates who already booked their hotels thorough these companies, we strongly suggest and advise to check their booking status with the hotel directly and block payments to these companies by contacting your credit card providers/Banks.

EUTSM Congress secretariat does not and will not make unsolicited phone calls to congress attendees, to encourage for booking hotel rooms. If you have received any communication either via email or telephone from these unauthorized companies, please send us a copy and ignore any requests from them.
