3Privacy & Your Details

If your details appear on this website and you would like them to be amended or removed, please contact EUSTM by email at [email protected] and we will action your request.

4Certification Applications & Assessment Fee

Applications for ATMP Academy certifications and fellowships are submitted online and require a non-refundable €20 application & assessment fee, payable on submission through our payment provider (Stripe).

This fee covers the professional review of your application by the ATMP Educational Board. It is non-refundable regardless of outcome — including where an application is unsuccessful, withdrawn, or found ineligible after submission. Where an application is approved, the fee is credited in full toward the applicable certification or fellowship fee.

Because the assessment is a service that begins immediately upon submission, by paying the fee you expressly request that the review commence without delay and acknowledge that, once the assessment has been performed, you will no longer retain a right of withdrawal.

Unsuccessful applicants receive written feedback and may re-apply once within 12 months at no further application-fee charge. In exceptional circumstances, EUSTM may, at its sole discretion, offer a re-assessment or partial credit; this is not an entitlement.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; EUSTM does not store card details. Any separate certification or fellowship fee is payable before a certificate is issued.

5Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The European Society for Translational Medicine (EUSTM) is a neutral, non-profit organisation registered in Vienna, Austria.

Any disputes related to the Society — including disputes arising with any of the Society's board members, panels, or general members — shall be brought before an Austrian court and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Austrian law.
