Apply for an EUSTM Professional Certification

Complete the application form and upload your current CV. Every application is reviewed individually by the EUSTM Academy Educational Board through the applicable Professional Experience or Examination Pathway. There is no fee to apply. If your application is approved and you choose to proceed, the applicable certification fee will be confirmed before payment. The Educational Board may request supporting documents, professional references or additional clarification where needed to verify the information supplied.
