Certification, advisory, Centre of Excellence and jointly organised educational services are separate EUSTM products and are not automatically included in free Consortium membership.
Free Founding Institutional Membership
EUSTM is initially accepting up to 50 institutions as Founding Institutional Members of the relaunched EUSTM Consortium.
Founding Membership Conditions
To maintain active Founding Institutional Membership, each institution must:
- Appoint one official institutional representative.
- Complete its institutional and collaboration profile.
- Ensure that its nominated representative holds or obtains EUSTM Regular Individual Membership within 30 days of institutional activation.
- Participate in at least two Consortium webinars, meetings, roundtables or other approved activities during the membership year.
- Keep its institutional information and collaboration interests current.
- Follow the EUSTM Code of Professional Conduct and applicable confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements.

How to Join
Submit the Institutional Application
Provide your institution’s legal name, location, website, areas of expertise and collaboration interests.
Nominate an Institutional Representative
Identify the individual who will coordinate participation between your institution and EUSTM. This may be a principal investigator, research leader, clinical leader, faculty member or international-partnerships representative.
Eligibility Review
EUSTM reviews the institution, its professional standing, proposed representative and potential fit with the Consortium.
Founding Membership Approval
Approved institutions receive a Founding Institutional Membership offer, participation conditions and member-identity guidelines.
Activation
Membership is activated after the institution accepts the conditions, completes its member profile and confirms its nominated representative.
There is no institutional membership payment during the 12-month founding period.

Become one of the first 50 Founding Institutional Members
Join the initial group of hospitals, universities, research institutes and specialist centres helping to build an active international network for clinical and translational sciences.
Apply for Free Founding MembershipApplications are reviewed individually. Founding membership is free for 12 months, subject to eligibility and active-participation requirements.
If an institution remains inactive or does not meet these conditions, EUSTM may suspend or withdraw its membership after providing reasonable notice. Founding membership is valid for 12 months and does not renew automatically.
Any future renewal offer, benefits and applicable fee will be communicated at least 90 days before expiry, and the institution will be free to accept or decline that offer.
“Founding Institutional Member” identifies participation in the initial Consortium cohort. It does not create ownership, statutory governance, voting or permanent membership rights.
