Applications are reviewed before acceptance, and members are invoiced only after acceptance — there is no public instant-payment checkout for Corporate Membership. Joint activities require separate scientific approval, conflict-of-interest review and a written delivery agreement.
Platinum Membership does not provide access to confidential member information, guaranteed introductions, committee appointments, certification decisions or Centre of Excellence assessment decisions.
How Included Academy Places Work
Included Academy places apply only to the webinars, courses or learning activities identified in the Corporate Membership Prospectus. They do not automatically confer professional certification.
Where an employee applies for an EUSTM Academy professional certification:
- The individual must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements.
- The application is reviewed independently.
- Membership has no influence on the assessment decision.
- Any included certification-fee arrangement must be expressly identified in the written membership agreement.
- A credential is issued only after the candidate successfully completes the relevant pathway.
Five Dimensions of Corporate Engagement
Professional Visibility
Present your organisation through an approved corporate-member profile and identify its principal areas of scientific, clinical or technological expertise. Corporate-member identity may be used in accordance with EUSTM’s published brand and name-usage requirements.
Scientific and Educational Exchange
Receive invitations to selected webinars, briefings, symposia and educational forums across the fields served by EUSTM.
Workforce Development
Provide nominated employees with access to eligible EUSTM Academy learning activities, webinars and professional-development opportunities. Professional certification remains subject to separate eligibility, assessment and approval requirements.
Responsible Collaboration
Submit proposals for educational activities, scientific roundtables, webinars or other initiatives relevant to EUSTM’s mission. Every proposal is reviewed separately for scientific relevance, independence, faculty suitability and conflicts of interest.
Strategic Dialogue
Participate in structured discussions about clinical and translational medicine, professional education, research collaboration, healthcare quality and responsible innovation. Introductions to third parties are always relevance-based, non-exclusive and subject to the consent of everyone involved.
Independent and Responsible Education
Corporate members and other eligible organisations may propose support for scientific webinars, clinical and translational medicine roundtables, professional-development programmes, patient-safety education, clinical-governance education, research-methodology programmes, educational scholarships, and conference sessions and symposia.
Corporate support does not purchase control of educational conclusions, faculty decisions, certification decisions or EUSTM policy. All supported activities must include:
- A documented educational or scientific purpose
- Appropriate disclosure of financial support
- Faculty conflict-of-interest declarations
- Separation between education and product promotion
- Independent scientific review
- A separate written agreement
- Compliance with applicable laws, professional codes and institutional requirements
Support for a specific activity is separate from Corporate Membership: membership is not required to propose it, and support does not confer membership. Each proposal is reviewed individually, and details and fees are provided only in a confidential, activity-specific proposal.
What Membership Does Not Include
For transparency, Corporate Membership does not provide:
- EUSTM endorsement of a company, medicine, device, technology or service
- Guaranteed access to EUSTM members or institutional contacts
- Sale or transfer of member personal data
- Influence over Academy certification decisions
- Influence over Centre of Excellence assessments
- Automatic committee or expert-panel appointments
- Preferential regulatory, procurement or scientific treatment
- Guaranteed speaking positions or partnerships
- Permission to use EUSTM branding outside the approved guidelines
Additional services, sponsorships, research activities and educational projects require separate review and written agreements.

Eligibility and Compliance Review
EUSTM reviews the organisation’s professional standing, alignment with its mission and any relevant compliance considerations.
Membership Discussion
An EUSTM representative discusses your objectives, explains the available benefits and identifies the most appropriate membership level.
Written Offer
Eligible organisations receive the Corporate Membership Prospectus, applicable fee, membership conditions and brand-usage requirements.
Confirmation and Activation
Membership is activated after acceptance of the terms and receipt of payment. The organisation then receives its welcome package and engagement information.
Membership normally runs for 12 months and does not confer automatic renewal unless expressly agreed in writing.
