Applications for EUSTM Academy certifications and fellowships are submitted online free of charge — there is no application or assessment fee. Each application is individually reviewed by the EUSTM Academy Educational Board.
Where an application is approved, the applicable certification or fellowship fee becomes payable and must be settled before the certificate is issued. Fee categories are determined by the applicant's country income group under the World Bank classification (high-, middle-, or low-income).
If, following evaluation, an applicant chooses not to proceed with their application, they will not be eligible to re-apply for a period of one year from the date of that decision.
Unsuccessful applicants receive written feedback and may re-apply. In exceptional circumstances, EUSTM may, at its sole discretion, offer a re-assessment; this is not an entitlement.
The European Society for Translational Medicine (EUSTM) is a neutral, non-profit organisation registered in Vienna, Austria.
Any disputes related to the Society — including disputes arising with any of the Society's board members, panels, or general members — shall be brought before an Austrian court and shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Austrian law.
Changes: EUSTM may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time — please review this page periodically for the latest version. For registration and contact details, see our Imprint.
